The only development in SC that offers financing (that I'm aware off) is Rufi Twin Towers (what do you think of them?).
As for DAMAC, they are usually a bit above my budget but thanks for the suggestion, I'll check them out as well.

You are right.I think you have done good research on it.Universal group is a good company.I have purchased for my brother with rufi ( not financed ) and another friend of mine also did the same.and they looked very professional and well managed.
