You clearly sell a number of properties in Pipa, have made Pipa your exclusive market and know everything about it.
However, there is a number of agents that only sell one project to get a feel of the market and do not give their clients the option of investing in other projects. Some have researched this one development and found it the best investment opportunity ant the project that matches their client base and that is absolutely fine.
I am only weary of the agents that sell only one development in Brazil. It is vast country with numerous, numerous developments.
