hi all

i have a 3 bed duplex on a complex in altinkum all other apartments are owned by english and run by a english management company sadly i want to sell my property as in a couple of years we are moving to spain does anyone know the best way to sell , who to advertise through, where are the best buyers etc i would ideally like to sell before the start of the season, it has great rental potential i have already booked in 8 weeks for 2008 which is great can any one help.
