Default what happens if CGT not paid staying in S.A
We have sold a couple of properties in the U.K. in early 2004, and moved to South Africa.*I was told there would be no problem with the Inland revenue as long as we were not to return for 4 Years. Is that correct? We are both none U.K. residents and pay tax in Z.A.
