So far there is absolutley NO BENEFIT WHATSOEVER for me, everything so far has been for the total benefit of local workers and suppliers. Just who do you think has taking the profits from the increases in materials prices over the last 6 months. This is not simply a raw material cost it is a supply and demand increase and an "opportunity charge" by the suppliers that is causing great concern, and in part explains some of the enforced building delays, not that you'd appreciate that either.

Some of the local community may benefit most do not,You are the only developer I know that can say you have had no benefit whatsoever,I can see you are a kind hearted person,maybe you should have just made a donation to the local Egyptians instead.
Price increases are a part of life and yes I can see develoments having to put up with them.
Maybe the larger developers are seeing the benefits.
