Oasis is definitely not a terrible deal - I just don't think it's as good as Regency Beach. I am sure that investors will still see a good return over the years - but not quite as good as Regency Beach.
For every one investor putting his money into the Red Sea, there are probably still another ten putting their money into the Black Sea.
When it comes to the great casino of overseas property speculation, I would definitely be putting all my chips on Red instead of Black!  |
