At the risk of being accused of advertising under my own rules I have a small announcement to make which I hope will help many forum members in the future.
All of you have read with interest the ' Guide to Property in Hurghada and the Red Sea' written by Nick Pendrell (Propertastic!).
Nick and I have today formed a new company with the website
Egypt Real | Specialists in Egypt's Red Sea Riviera Real Estate and Hurghada Property | Home. The object of this is to provide a 'one stop shop' for anyone wishing to buy in Hurghada or on the Red Sea Coast. From the 1st February we will have a permanent office in Hurghada which will be manned by Nick Pendrell and our aim will be to help anyone planning to invest or looking for a holiday home to find the best options.
We will meet and greet clients at Hurghada airport; carry out a full review of their requirements and show them a shortlist of the projects which offer the best match.
We will also offer advice on bank accounts, financing, rental returns and the many other issues which we are sure will be raised.
This is of course early days but a lot of thought has gone into this and we are sure that we can provide a service which will have benefits for everyone.
