I agree and have bought several properties already. Most of the good properties are in Kyrenia that offer good rentals. The best rental property that I have bought is a project called Blossom Kyrenia and it offers a 10% guarantees rental income for four years. Location is central and quiet. The developer is called "Blossom Properties."
