The City of Arabia is still being delayed by the Galadari Group (master developer).
All emphasis is on completing the piling for the Mall of Arabia and Wadi Walk developments where 85% of the sewerage and drainage system and 65% of the internal roads are completed
Construction Works (shoring and piling) will start as soon as the infrastructure is completed to enable the sub developers to start construction and we hope that this will happen fast so that we can start the construction on the plot very soon.
