I have been commuting to Fuerteventura since last February (9 trips) and have set up a specialized company there for a specific investment. My main man (agent and friend) has lived there for 10 years and speaks five languages. He knows just about everyone in property there, and currently lives in a 3 bed villa just above the first golf course. There are two there.

Personally, I've done the tour of the older and newbuild and offplan golf couse villas and apartments, and I don't think they are particularly clever investments. Having said that, I am not as experienced in the area as Hossain or others I know on the island.
