Please do so as this would definitely put Damac into an unbeatable position. Damac has one of the best exterior finishing. All they need is to bring it to the inside.
All they have to do is follow the Keep it simple principle. Preferred spaces are still square or rectangular spaces in my opinion. If you enter an office, a square or a rectangular office is more pleasing to the eye than an irregular shape. Space is better utilized when it's a square or a rectangle
I am glad that you took it well as I did not mean to hurt anybody. It was just an opinion as you said.
