I've been looking for a property to rent for many months now and have come to the conclusion that I'm more likely to come across something suitable by less traditional means rather than hotfooting around estate agencies and getting up early on a Thursday morning to grab the Resident and 1-2-3.
Does anyone know of any tips on bagging anything long term that costs less than a thousand and actually comes somewhere close to being the 'luxury' villa it's being offered as?
