Hi guys, well I am not a real estate agent and I intend on buying 2 properties. One property which is ready to move in so I can rent it out. Obviously it has to be some place good not the international city because I have heard ppl complaining about the smell there but then again if its a good deal I will consider it. My budget is not a problem but anything below 2 million and it should be a good deal and it should be ready.

2nd I need another good deal i.e something that is at a good price i will pay the 10% and hopefully sell it off after 3 months i.e before the next payment is due. Many ppl are doing this and I dont see why I shouldnt. But again this should be a project which is about to be launched or will be pre-launched. I dont want some dodgy developers, I want the escrow service as I have already lost quiet considerate amount of money to a saudi who ran off somewhere with lots of money.
