My associates are confident that they will be sending out the actual dates on which the contracts are to be returned. On 12th February we have invited a representative from GNG to attend our next sales meeting to deal with any questions we have in relation to Elegance Grand Natal.
My associates do not think we would have the information flow nor the visit if there were any problems.
It is a sad fact that the world seems to hate the successful and I can only put the rumours down to the jealousy of the competition. In the negative, cat kicking, world we live in all the above were rumoured to be without planning, in financial trouble, new road will not happen, sewage will be major problem and whatever else. Today with the internet it is possible to spread news so much faster than ever but mostly people want to spread only bad news.
My father used to say believe nothing you hear and only half what you read. Problem is to know which half.
It has been a long journey but hopefully the light is in the tunnel for myself personally and our buyers will soon have the comfort they need to go with the fantastic profits we have already made. Once the future phases start marketing our buyers will realise what a crock of gold they really have.
