Let's be honest - It is only illegal in GC part - The rest of the EU don't accept it as being illegal. Just look at the judgement regarding the Oram's in The High Court of Justice in the UK.
What about TC land in the South? Most of Larnaca Airport is built on it as are motorways - hospitals etc..
People should know that yes former GC land is being developed but so is former TC in the South. At least the TRNC now have a Property Board that GC's can apply to either for restitution, compensation or allocation of TC property in the South.
