A couple of people on these forums have used Manzanares and seem happy with them. I do a lot of work through them and am generally happy with their services. They are based in Spain but have a network of lawyers they work with in many countries. They tend to take their time and give a lot of details in the report.
Another law firm which is mentioned on these forums quite a bit is José C Santiago Esq. I've never worked with him but his advice here on the forums has always been very good.
Mike (michaelbush) on the forums uses someone in Brazil whose name escapes me at the moment but he'll probably be kind enough to come on and post it for you.
