ORIGIN Latin, ‘let the buyer beware’.

I'd stick to Portuguese if i were you! Isn't that an English language too?
Exactly, the Origin is latin, the translation is English. You said "time to quote latin" and then quoted English. So I took a humurous jab at you which all things considering is more than fair game - you take jabs at everyone, especially me whenever you have half a chance.

Considering the amount of time you say you spend in Brazil, get a sense of humour

Back on topic, I just got confirmation from a very well placed source that although this will delay the project a bit, it won't stop it. Wheels are already set in motion and it's a matter of time now. The source has no doubt that it will still go through, albeit with some minor changes.
