I dont think GS or brazil government will abandon ship on this project that easily!!
I mean imagine how much money they would loose in the short and long term by refusing planning????
Like I said as long as my apartments ready before the world cup Im happy- patience ia a virtue my friends!!!
A lot of countries around the world have now learnt lessons from the costas scenario and put height restrictions on builds and restrictions on how close you can build infront of the sea!
Some even dont allow building on construction on or near beaches anymore in order to preserve and protect the wildlife and beaches!!
Which is how it should be!!
