Red face Nakheels idea Of Service needs Updating

Just to clarify Nakheel allocate one day of the week for training staff. ( Unfortunately as an end user Customer service is very disappointing and lacking)

I was told when I asked the staff on the general switch board number how long it would take to answer an email

Yes you read correctly. Come to Dubai you will understand that the customer is not given priority.

This happens in all Areas be it Banking , Real Estate the Travel and Leisure Industry and of course the big one here is Drivers on the Road.
