As most of us here would know, all apartments on the first phase of the Alcudia Smir OR Kabila were fully reserved prior to launch at the end of last year. However, there are a few units that have come back on the market for sale. The developers, Fadesa, have already confirmed that the next phase of the project will be launched within the next two months with an increase of at least 30% on the original prices.
Therefore, investors purchasing any of these Phase 1 units today will see an instant equity within their investments. However, as said before, there are very limited units available and they will go fairly quickly.
