We are Egyptian developer, and we are looking for some partners for our new project : ROYAL RIVIERA.
Located in El Ahiaa , the development of 1000.000 sqm, will be form by 51 villas, 740 studios, 160 apartments finished super luxe.
The building area is 60%.
The construction will be divided in 3 phases:
Phase 1: will start after 45 days, Villas partition
Phase 2: 1st part of studios and apartments after 8 months
Phase 3: last part of the studios and apartments 8 months after completion of the phase 2.
Royal Riviera was design by an known architect ( He made the design for San Stefano resort on the Alexandria Cornish, and Alexandria library).
