I am wandering whether you have made your decision and invested a plot of land in Bromley, Kent. I'm from Malaysia and UK Land Investment held an exhibition in Kuala Lumpur last weekend by its Malaysian branch for selling Phase 1, 2 and 3 of Bromley, Kent. FYI, Phase 1 - 200sqm at GBP12,000, Phase 2 - 100sqm at GBP7,000 and Phase 3 - 400sqm at GBP20,000.
If you have any further information on this investment, please let me know. Considering whether this is a good investment to my portfolio.
