As for your money being registered with the Banco Centro in your name, that won't be a problem as HIFX will send the money in your name from their trust account (Brazil isn't the only country with requirements like the Banco Centro).
BUT I am not sure why HIFX would be involved in this transaction as HIFX don't do transfers in Reals and they won't save you any money in transfer/exchange fees. I am not saying anything bad about HIFX as I have dealt with them many a time without problem, but it just seems like there is an extra step for no other reason than using their name.

My funds are being sent through HIFX with my name and a private Purchase Contract attached to the wire transfer so the lawyer can show exactly what the funds are for. So this keeps the Banco Central Brazil happy. I tell you what would be a good idea is for someone from Realest International to post the entire buying procedure and all legal info! That way it would satisfy all readers silence the negative side of anyone reading this, I can’t keep putting all these emails on this as it is affecting my normal day!! I will send an email to the company today. Anyone taking the time to write on this site needs a thanks you i feel, so i will carry on with my plan to buy and if i find anything that i think should be discussed i will post it but i think i will take a break for a while now. And for anyone interested i am not Brazilian nor American nor English i am from Ireland! So cheers everyone!
