Additional Extras
Can anybody help us out by telling us approximately how much more money we will have to pay out once our apartment is completed !
We know that you have to pay maintenance fees on an annual basis which in our case is 650.00 and thats it really. We have no idea as to the cost of the communal electric, insurance of the property, gas etc.etc.
