Intasure told me this would cover complex (as it's not just rebuild of the apartment). Breakdown is buildings insurance £45K which costs £122.96, contents £8K cost £64.77 also includes £1K emergency travel expenses, liability (public I think) of £5 million, accidental damage by tenants £25 plus £18 admin fee. I thought it was a bit steep too but the woman told me it is based on apartment size and she said they were the insurers for the whole complex so it was a price based on group insurance.
