We were walking down the road and my daughter who was 12 at the time was pinched on the backside by a local shopkeeper. We were just walking past and she certainly was not dressed in anything revealing as we her parents would not allow it. But he still took it upon himself to touch a child which of course is very very wrong in any country - whatever age or gender.
