For instance in Bodrum I never see Turkish tourist women who dress the same as say British tourist women getting disrespected. Its all about the culture here as they see the Brit as a sex object who has money. Is it acceptable which was the thread here.
You can't blame the tourist for going on holiday and wanting to relax within limits. It appears some here just think that every Brit will go on holiday - lay around showing their t*ts all day and go out showing everything - getting drunk - and "Just asking for it". they are in the minority. But why are the majority also hassled.

I don't think I'm missing the point - maybe we're making different ones
Harrasment is never acceptable and what happenend to your daughter Queenie, is really, really horrible. I don't think that every Brit on holiday is going to do what you suggest I just think that because we spend our money there, we shouldn't feel we have the right to do as we please. In fact the men that are doing what they do are totally ignorant of their own culture and I don't condone it at all.
