In your budget range we have Brasilian property that would not require a mortgage , and would be a 2 bedroomed apartment, not a studio. We have buy to let in Brasil, Spain etc, we have aparthotel property in Brasil, the easiest to manage investment for capital gain, we have lands in Brasil, which will produce capital gain of around 100% in 2 years. We have a super investment in Morocco, in riads, that will get you a return of up to 100% on your investment inside around a year. You have not said what currency your 80-90k is in, is it euros or pounds?Look forward to hearing from you
