Just a quick comment on the price of airplane tickets.
My friends from Britain arrive with empty suitcases and leave fully loaded up with cheap priced American goods. Their savings on the price of clothing more than makes their plane ticket free. They go home with Nike shoes for everyone and jackets and clothing for their kids.
One friend went home with 2 suitcases full of Christmas decorations that were not available for any price in Britain. One frined comes over once a year and buys car parts.
Brits will fly over to the US just for a weekend of shopping.
They also arrive eager for American pizza and American ice cream. The best in th world, and you can't buy it anywhere else but the United States.
