Sorry I meant
USPA
Unit Sale & Purchase Agreement. This document is required to obtain a Bank Loan.
Nakheel had huge problems getting this document out in the beginning. My experience 17 months until I received a USPA, which meant that at any time the Agent could have done a runner and absolutely no come back at all to Nakheel.
Nakheel's Position at all times was that the initial agreement was between agent and buyer and until the
USPA was signed dated and provided then they had no liability.
Talk about a cop out!
Admin Fee = An excuse to charge $$$$$$ with no accountability and very little transparency. Owners and Buyers like my self are entitled to an answer instead of the wishy washy response we have had to date.
Considering that office staff here in Dubai are paid a pittance then the charge is just another way of milking the cash cow.
