Charges continue to be confusing HOWEVER the Lands Department is saying that the 1.5% was for 2006
The charge for 2007 is now 1 %

Rang the Dubai Lands Department Direct Number 04- 2030104 spoke to the Person concerned who handles fees.
On Property Signed before 17th December 2006 the Fee payable to The Lands department is 1.5% plus 120 AED Site Fee
