Confirmation from Lands Department
Rang the Dubai Lands Department Direct Number 04- 2030104 spoke to the Person concerned who handles fees.
On Property Signed before 17th December 2006 the Fee payable to The Lands department is 1.5% plus 120 AED Site Fee
Further Update
My Agent today admitted that the charges which were classified as Land Registration ( 1,.5 % plus 1.4 % ) now include the before un mentioned and un audited Real Estate Ageny Admin Charge ( 1.4%)
