What area are you buying the property? To recommend a reputable property maintenance agency then this would depend on the areas covered by the agency.

Most agencies cover an accessible area where they know local tradesmen etc should problems arise.

A lot of Lawyer/convincing firms do this service which appears to work very well. I do know of some private people too but if you could be more specific on what your requirements were. Is it for marketing and finances only or to include problems with electrics, plumbing and gardening?
