Dont be confused. Focus on Dubai properties as those are freehold and should give you the highest returns. JVS will be a very popular location once developed, as its strategically located between 3 major routes Shaikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road and Al Khail Road. Its also close to the new Int. Airport.
