Even Hurghada is not freehold, you can't have a freehold apartment. Freehold means you own the land also, in Hurghada it is a leasehold without tenure, (no lease period). It is the same as Bulgaria, they also sell apartments as freehold but they are leasehold with no lease period. I hope this makes sense?
