Hi back,
1) Prices start from 1.7 alll the way to around 3 M, depending on the view, or type.
2) Floor plans i would have to mail that to you.
3) Right off emirates road- Al Hellio road, part of the project will be bordering hamdya park.
4) 5% - booking, 5% within a month of sales, 10% within 6 months from sales date, 10% every 3 months thereafter till 70% is completed and last 30% on handover.
5) No finance available at the moment.
6)Freehold.
7) Completion 2010 Q 4.
