There is 2 Carrefours in Cairo 1 in Maadi , second in Alex Cairo Desrt Road,

For Spinneys there is 1 in City Stars Biggest shopping mall in Cairo.
For hurghada there is plans to Have Carrefour in Al Ahyaa Area.
