Regarding what GW mentioned, the reason I addressed what kind of Administration was fiiled was because as we all know there are people on this forum who have put down deposits on the development and there is no need to try and scare the living *&% out of them by posting half truths which is what it seemed to be aiming for.

Hopefully those on the forums read our previous discussion about the letter DeeDee received from Grupo Sanchez telling her that licenses had been granted and asking her to cough up more cash. We pointed out that the letter was unfounded and advised her against making further payments based only on that information so hopefully they won't have gone past the escrow point. Assuming they are using decent legal representation they probably would have been advised against it by their lawyers anyway.

If it wasn't originally posted with the intent to cause mental anguish to those who have purchased on the development I'd suggest taking a deep breath and thinking about the consequences of not researching information before posting, which seems to happen all too often.

Regarding the GW's post itself, I'm still not sure where this information that "world property is moving to crash" is coming from. I still can't understand how GW is aware of this when the Brazilian Government, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Sam Zell and millions of other people including people who research property markets for a living don't seem to have realised it?

Classic case once again in my humble opinion of as Edmund Blackadder (aka Rowan Atkinson) would say "Opinion is divided on the matter. Everyone else says it is, I say it isn't!"

I know I've quoted that before but it's so perfect for the situation that I can't resist. And GW, please if you do have access to information which the rest of us mere mortals don't please share it.
