That's exactly the point, I bought it to live in not to make money on! So it doesn't matter what it is worth as I am one of the few that does what it says on the tin...use a property as a dwelling! This is the whole point that you guys miss as you are selling speculative forward investment vehicles (better known as derivitives) not propertiy to live in and this is nothing more than a bet like a bet on the horses. If you by to live not to make money a crash doesnt affect you but if you thought you were onto a winner and it doesnt win..you lose! What's it like to sell losers, cannot be easy? Or are you still talking about that booming Pipa where there were 2 people in that restaurant last Thursday? 6 people in my hotel Easter week? With prices more or less the same now as Spain or Portugal??
