Hello,

I have been living USA for many years. I have been in MIS field for over 24 years. I am now looking into moving to India permanently and work in Mumbai or Pune. I am trying to work out something with my current employer, but it is difficult. So, I am trying other ad agencies.

I would like someone to give me information about the following:

1. What can I expect in the form of salary? I have 24 years of solid Mainframe experience.

2. Because I am a US citizen, will I have to pay any tax in USA or only in India?

3. What is the tax rate in India for working person?

4. What is the cost of living in Mumbai and Pune?
