Paul your compass is way off i'm sorry to say. Neither Flexeiras is anywhere near Aracati which is approx one hour and a half SOUTH of Fortaleza.

Thank you for the correction Wolfgang, I stand corrected as I did have my head in a pickle (the pitfall of waking up from working through the nights for a week) obviously of when i past the sign for Flexeiras obviously NOT when i went to Acarati which is the town by Canoa to the south like you said.
The time passing Flexeiras (from the north of Fortaleza) did take nearer 2 hours though that was going back vai the cost road from Cumbuco not the new highway from the back of the city.
Sorry for that confusion!
