Coral Beach is located on Fleixeiras (as mentioned earlier there are different spellings.) This is located just outside Trairi, which is +/- 90 kms (as the crow flies) North-West of Fortaleza. The development does border the beach although like almost every loteamento, the thin part is on the beach and then stretches back inland. The back of the plot borders a lake and plans are to build leisure facilities on the lake. Prices are competitive to other loteamento developments in the area.
According to the developer, it will take around 1 hour to reach the location from Fortaleza if you take the normal roads, under an hour if you beach buggy it. According to the competition (developers selling their own developments so biased against the development) - it currently takes over an hour because the last part of the roads aren't finished yet.
The legal checks are still ongoing so no, we aren't selling it - therefore we also haven't been out there to stand on the plot and see for ourself.
