JM Broad, I have just read your post.
That is very good and precise, the roads will improve. My friends are working for a bio company and are in Brazil twice every 3 months. They have been touring the areas. They are also involved in commodities and due to tax benefits are moving to Brazil. This has inspired me to buy there.
I am looking at taking 3 to 5 units.
Please take note of my points above, maybe you could help me with that. Is it reasonable to complete, willy ou sell this if you are happy with everything?
Also, the airport is North of the city, so airport to Coral Beach is less than city to Coral Beach!
