Sarah, when you say "completing in 28 days" do you mean to go from making a reservation deposit to actually having finished the transaction in 28 days?
If so, it seems a bit optimistic personally. But the important thing is to have checked all the legalities - our lawyers could do it in 28 days with total developer collaboration. But to find a lawyer, get them in touch with the developer and prepare the report for you 28 days might be pushing it.
How far along the process are you... Have you got a CPF yet?
