I have purchased in a development where the original owners owned most of the land in the area and have broken it down, i bought a few there. The disput of other people was not even an issue as the government are so keen for us to develop. Have you seen the forum on real estate international on this website, there are some interesting points there.
What would you do, money back or buy with them again?

well regardless, if they are right or not, they should have sorted fisherman dwellings well before they actually sold the development.
