IC Phase 2
Hi,
Does anyone have any information on the Phase 2 project of IC. I am looking forward to buy a 1 bedroom in the 2nd phase. Also i heard that if i take a bank loan, i was told that we have to pay only the interest amnt during construction and the entire EMI will begin only when the keys for the flat is handed over. Is that true, can anyone clarify on this please.
