yes thts the truth ..I ve heared abt the reg and maintenance charge from many people and I ve not been told personally tht i ve to pay all these charges as well.. I spoke to ARY couple of weeks ago and they told me tht handover ig gonna take place end of april may be it varies from building to building...My building number is U6. so we hvnt got any choice if we want our units we will hv to pay them all the charges otherwise they r not gonna us the possession .....hope all sort out well...thnxx...
