I am not an agent,but an old investor going back 15 yrs and living here and knowing a true investment over the years,not a jumped up arrogant agent from overseas,who think they know Brazil(they know little!)without being rude.Infact my advise would be to only deal with reputable agents in Brazil and stay clear of the the overseas developers.I say that because from my experince I have had no problems and have a very large portfolio that is secure and founded .As for licenses (especially with Meu Ambience now strongly inplace many more will now go under(David Beckham will be one!!)

Not all agencies do the research that some of us on the forums do to check that what developers say is true.
