It appears that everything that is European linked often goes under in Rio Grande Norte. This is put down to lack of experience and the true upheaval of getting work agreed ,infrastruture, documents, the list is endless .Recently yet another overseas investor bought a good piece of land on the coast to find that a native person had the escritura,so 500,000 euros washed up.The aim was to build another Golf Course(British linked)
