Good so we agree with one another.

If you are going to use an agent, use one which knows what they are talking about, whether they are in Europe but do regular visits to Brazil or have people on the ground in Brazil (like a couple on these forums) or whether they are Brazilian.

We should start a new thread "how do you know an agent is legit". Now that would be an interesting topic, and I'm sure most agents here would be interested in seeing how investors classify them as legit or not. Probably not the way we think.

I think I would be able to talk to an agent (whether Brazilian or European) and be able to judge correctly if they know what they are talking about but how would the regular investor do it?
